Adobe's Premiere Pro versions 1.5
and 2.0 benchmark very differently with my current benchmark.
This points to some
major differences between versions!
PPBM+ is a
great way to measure the performance of either version of Premiere Pro
for your own hardware optimization, but not to compare versions.
To minimize the size in the downloading of the benchmark I purposely
did not include any AVI files.
Below are the links to the benchmark results I have obtained from my
own systems and from friends and forum members. Because the
results between versions are not comparable and the popularity of HDV
there are now three Benchmark
Results pages.
